Your Mission
As the Director of Business Strategy at Neurozai, you will play a critical role in shaping our strategic direction and driving growth initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that align with our mission and objectives, ensuring the continued success and expansion of our company.
What You’ll Do at Neurozai
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and align with Neurozai’s mission and objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and competitive advantage.
• Business Development: Lead business development initiatives, including partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic plans.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to the strategy team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in a strategic leadership role, preferably within the technology or AI/ML industry.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills: Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Your Mission
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in designing, building, and optimizing operating systems software for innovative immersive XR devices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for systems software design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
What You’ll Do at Neurozai
• Architect and Design: Architect, design, and develop operating system software components for immersive XR devices.
• Develop Software: Write reliable, efficient, and testable software for environments ranging from bare-metal to cloud.
• Communicate Effectively: Communicate design and implementation decisions through architecture/design documents and code.
• Abstract Hardware Interfaces: Abstract hardware interfaces to Android userspace, and define and deliver the necessary system software layers (HAL, Android framework).
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
• 1 year of experience with Linux Kernel or AOSP-based systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 2 years of experience working with embedded operating systems, and designing/implementing OS and application runtime components.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.
• Experience with core Android components, including SurfaceFlinger and InputFlinger.
• Experience with OpenXR and OpenXR Extensions.

Your expertise in pharmacy operations and patient care will be instrumental in ensuring our products meet the needs of healthcare providers.

• Support Development: Collaborate with the technical team to provide insights and knowledge on pharmacy operations and workflows.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in the testing and validation of healthcare solutions to ensure they meet industry standards and client needs.
• User Feedback: Gather and analyze feedback from healthcare providers to inform product improvements and enhancements.

• Training and Support: Provide training and support to healthcare providers on the use of Neurozai’s solutions. Flexible to work on site when needed with our clients to help integration of our products.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
• Experience: Proven experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, including medication management, patient care, and regulatory requirements.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with healthcare software and technology is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
